As part of our efforts to giving back to the community is our internship program which is open all the time for students from IT, engineering and architecture related fields and to those who want to re-qualify.
Each year we have 5-10 persons who are admitted to this program and they come to our offices to further develop their knowledge and skills.
We focus this program to be structured work experience related to the student’s major or career goal for those who want to re-qualify. It is supervised by a professional in the field and it is an experience that is mutually agreed upon by the intern and the supervisor. What is more, it is always open the possibility for the best interns to become employees in our company.
Besides the technical skills, the interns develop soft skills too. They have the opportunity to practice communication and teamwork skills, provide evidence that they have initiative, are reliable, and have a sense of responsibility. Also, they meet new people and practice networking skills while establishing a network of professional contacts, mentors, and references. And finally, they enhance their resume, becoming more competitive on the labor market.
