- Create programs and opportunities for betterment of Bitola;
- Promote and enhance natural, private and public areas in the city;
- Partner with existing groups, organizations, and events to drive organized clean-up activities in the city;
- Develop and implement landscape projects;
- Educate and engage residents in other beautification projects as developed;
- Maintain and expand park facilities;
- Support arts and cultural activities;
- Attractive, colorful and neat public spaces;
- Increased appreciation, awareness, and participation in beautification activities
