Every year, iSource is participating in a Mentorship program, in collaboration with FACULTY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES – FIKT Bitola. IT companies from the region provide two months mentorship to the university students to work on projects in the field of software engineering and network services. After two months of active working, the students deliver presentations of the completed projects.
Since 2015, iSource provides the students to learn and work on real projects in their field of study. The main goal is to provide better quality practical training to the students and their employment after graduation.
